Tell us about your school and we'll set it up with you
Sending this doesn't create an account. We read it, call you, and set the school up together — classes, fee structure, staff and their permissions — so your first day is spent using Spanwise rather than configuring it.
What happens after you send this
- We call you, within two working days. A short conversation about how your school runs now: how fees are collected, who records what, and what's going wrong.
- We set the school up. Your classes, streams, terms and fee structure, your staff and what each of them may see. We import your student list from whatever you already have — a spreadsheet, or a register we help you type up.
- We train whoever will use it. Usually the bursar and the head teacher first, then class teachers. In person where we can, on a call where we can't.
Useful to have ready
Your class list, this term's fee structure, and the names of the staff who'll use the system. None of it is needed to send this form — it just makes the setup call shorter.
